What we collect when you use this site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Encore Realty Group Inc. (“Encore,” “we,” “us”) is a California real estate brokerage, DRE license #02261428, at 2702 Media Center Drive, Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90065. This policy explains what we collect through encorerealtyla.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form or book a call, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, the property address, and details about your property, space needs, or investment interests.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and records things like pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. If you arrive from a Google ad, we store the ad click ID in your browser for up to 90 days so we can tell which ads lead to inquiries.
How we use it
- To respond to you and provide the audit, valuation, space search, proposal, or other service you asked for.
- To call, text, or email you about your request.
- To send occasional updates such as new listings or investment opportunities, only if you asked to receive them (for example, by joining the investor list).
- To improve the website and measure which marketing works.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that Encore may contact you by call or text message about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Marketing email
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. If you unsubscribe, we stop within 10 business days. We may still send messages about a transaction or service you are actively engaged in.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under their own privacy terms:
- Formspree, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Analytics, and Ads when we run ads), which measures site use.
- Calendly, which schedules calls you book.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a real estate transaction you ask us to handle, for example to a landlord, seller, lender, or escrow company.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 45 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as transaction files under California real estate rules.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so this site does not change its behavior when it receives one. You can still use the choices above.
California privacy rights
California residents may ask us once a year whether we shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code § 1798.83). We do not share personal information that way.
Children
This site is for adults conducting real estate business. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect and keep it
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date below.
